FAQs

All Together Recovery

  • What types of insurance do you accept?

All Together Recovery works with Kentucky Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, UNITE vouchers, and KORE vouchers. If you don't have health insurance, please contact us directly. We'll connect you with a local Medicaid connector who can assist with enrollment to ensure you receive the treatment you need.
  • How long does the admissions process take?

The admissions timeline varies based on individual situations, though we work to streamline the process. After you reach out, we'll complete an initial evaluation and verify your insurance coverage. This typically requires a few hours to one day. Our admissions support operates 24/7 to help you begin treatment without unnecessary delays.
  • What should I bring with me to the treatment center?

Please pack comfortable clothes, personal care items, any current medications, and essential identification like your driver's license or insurance card. You can find a comprehensive packing list here for additional guidance.
  • Is the facility accessible for individuals with handicaps?

Our treatment center provides accommodations for individuals with disabilities. While some conditions may apply for safety and comfort reasons, we're committed to maintaining an inclusive environment where all clients can receive necessary care and support. For specific accommodation questions, please speak with our admissions staff.
  • Is transportation provided to the facility?

Transportation services are available to help you arrive at our facility safely and without hassle. Our drivers remain available to provide pickup services when needed.
  • Can family members be involved in the treatment process?

Family participation is encouraged during residential treatment levels (3.5 and 3.1). We host weekly educational sessions through Zoom with our licensed clinical staff. These sessions allow family members to ask questions and learn important information about the recovery journey.
  • Do you medically assist with withdrawal?

Our facility offers medically supervised withdrawal management to ensure safe detoxification from substances. Licensed medical professionals oversee and support clients during the withdrawal period to maintain their safety and provide comfort throughout the process.
  • What is your mailing address?

You can reach us by mail at 117 Letton Dr, Danville, KY 40422.
  • What is Casey's law?

Casey's Law, formally called the "Matthew Casey Wethington Act for Substance Abuse Intervention," enables Kentucky family members to file court petitions for mandatory addiction treatment when a loved one has substance use disorder. This legislation creates a legal option to secure treatment for someone who cannot or will not pursue help independently.
  • How do I put money on a client's account?

You can deposit funds into a client's account through our online payment system or by contacting our office directly at (859) 353-0321.
